Your items are carefully inspected and properly secured before shipping. Every day, we send hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. The fact that we're determined to become the largest online retailer in the world is evident. The warehouses and centers for distribution are in Europe and the USA.

Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a particular processing time based on the individual product.

We will inspect each and every one of the items ordered before shipping. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery estimate is between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot control it completely because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days since you purchased it.

The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
